The Avatar: She manifests as Silence. A sudden unnatural quiet. Those who look at her feel an overwhelming urge to sleep.

Cosmic Role: The Ritual Weaver

Role in the Betrayal: Soteris provided the Intellect. She is the only being smart enough to understand Naeros’s true power. She drafted the specific ritual that inverted Naeros's creation energy into stasis.

The False Sky: She realized that if Naeros saw the stars moving, he would know time was passing. She used her magic to create a static Dome of Illusion over Iskavell. The stars mortals see are magical runes she placed there to block Naeros's view of the true cosmos.

True Motivation:

• Control. Soteris hates Chaos. She hates variables she cannot account for. Naeros was the ultimate variable.

• The Harvest: Maintaining the False Sky and the Stasis Spell requires immense energy. She steals the dreams and memories of mortals to fuel the batteries of the prison.
