Description & Iconography
Visuals: Malephor is depicted as a grotesque trinity, possessing three rat heads rising from a single neck. His bloated, distended form is composed not of skin and bone, but of a writhing amalgamation of countless vermin bodies fused together. A jagged, rusted iron halo floats perpetually above him, crowning the King of Rot.
The Avatar: He manifests as The Plague Tide. The vermin that make up his body dissolve into thousands of individual rats, flooding the area. Where the tide passes, food turns to gray slush and healthy folk fall instantly ill with the "Black Shakes."
